My Experience With Pendu Jatt For My Cousin's Marriage

Music is refreshing and soothing and it holds a great place in everyone's life. Every memorable moment of our life is attached with music. All celebrations look incomplete without music and if I talk about Indian culture, it cannot be defined without music. For instance, in the most important ceremony of life; wedding, there is a special ceremony called 'sangeet ceremony' where relatives and friends gather especially to sing, dance and enjoy.

With this I remember an incidence of my cousin's marriage. All wedding ceremonies require special preparations so that nothing went wrong and every guest can enjoy the ceremony. In my cousin's marriage the responsibility of arranging for the 'sangeet ceremony' was given to me and my cousin brother. We had to arrange for some rocking music for the occasion and I think nothing can be more enjoying than Punjabi music. The beats of dhol are just perfect for enjoying and dancing. So, it was decided that we will make a CD or two of Punjabi songs for the sangeet.

We found a great website of Punjabi music, 'Pendu Jatt' where we got a great collection of Punjabi music along with Hindi and English songs. I downloaded many songs on my phone and then burnt them into a CD for the ceremony. Everybody liked the music and enjoyed a lot on Punjabi beats. Some of my friends even asked me from where does I got the songs as they also wanted them for their collection.
